Classic Collision

Not a pleasant experience. Dropped off my car for what i was told would be an easy fix it was dropped of june 10 and did not get it back until june 26. When I got my car back it was left with fingerprints EVERYWHERE and a damaged and not properly placed parts. My passenger seatbelt wasn’t even retracting. NOT TO MENTION THEY LOST MY REGISTRATION STICKER and all other stickers. I was told my windshield was not replaced but it was. It used to be a lexus windshield with white lettering that magically turned black... it was not dropped off this way. After trying to get this all solved they finally had someone come somewhat clean the headliner 9 days after it was dropped off. As for my registrati…

If you every need body work, go to classic collision. Joe Arce and his team do it right. Even when my car was ready for pick up, Joe noticed some very minor imperfections and canceled the pick up to correct the issue. Their artisan workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction is above all.

Just had my husband's truck fixed here and so unhappy with the workmanship done. There debris under the paint. Pieces dont line up and brackets broken during repair not replaced. The body work was done good. Just all other aspects horrible. Update: still have not heard anything from this business. Crazy how they do not care about their customers and the work they are putting out. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Our vehicle has been involved in three different accidents all while the vehicle was parked. None our fault ! Classic took care of the repairs all three times all 100 percent satisfied. Joe is the man! I hope I never have to go back but looking at our luck we will and our vehicles will always go to Classic and I’ll ask for Joe! The best services and the best quality every time

My experience here has been nothing short of AMAZING. I wrecked my car on 2/5. After a very unfortunate experience at a different shop in Corpus, I took my car to classic. Auggie, the manager, heard all of my concerns and took action. The repair to my vehicle is beautiful! Not to mention, the exterior of my car was detailed prior to it being DELIVERED after repair! These guys are good business only. They’re not inundated by too much work like some of the bigger shops. They communicate and communicate very well. Classic collision in Corpus Christi has my business and my recommendation for life!
