AutoNation Collision Center Corpus Christi

I normally always have a good experience at autonation BUT this time I took my vehicle in for an alignment , of course they do a free multi point inspection. My service advisor called to let me know the services they are recommending and that brakes are good etc, she also lets me know that my tires are good for right now with the tread at a 6. I literally just purchased new Michelin tires 2 weeks ago and I let her know that and she said well that’s what they’re measuring at but I’ll have the tech check again. Jordan did an excellent job keeping in touch and letting me know the status of vehicle the entire time. Due to the severe damage, the repairs did take some time but vehicle looked as good as the day it was bought! Highly recommend

Easy, worry free experience. From drop off to finish, Jordan was very professional and keep me updated every step of the way. He made sure to go over all details of the repair and answered any questions or concerns I had. The vehicle repair was completed, almost a week earlier, than promised. Will definitely refer others and use again if needed.

Shoutout to Jordan Garcia, and collision center team! Their efforts made the interaction and planning super effortless. They had my car for approximately week and a half. Super quick turn around. Very pleased with their services. I highly recommend

I was worried that the vehicle would not be 100% when I got it back. Jordan assured me that he would be able to make it look brand new. He quoted me 14 working days for the repairs and had called me regul…
