Jacob is very good at his work, however his professionalism could be improved. He isn't the best communicator and is not punctual, so if time frame and communication is valued by you I would not recommend.

Woke up Sunday morning to my car hood mysteriously jammed so badly I could not get it open. Even the hood release switch broke from my efforts to open it. The side of my bumper came off unexpectedly. I called this repair shop and was able to get it fixed immediately at an affordable price. Jake also added some additional bolts to make sure this doesn’t happen again! 10/10 experience.
