Take 5 Oil Change

First time at Take 5 and I really enjoyed it. Employees were friendly and respectful. And the job was done quick. Definitely will be back. Total thumbs up for me!👍

First time getting my oil change at here and it was great. Staff was friendly and quick. I got there and all the spots were filled and one of the staff came out and directed me who to wait behind and gave me a bottle of water for free! I waited maybe 2 minutes before they began working on my car. They had three workers all working on my car and explaining what was being done. They offered to change my air filters and wipers but I declined but it was nice that they checked those for me. I have been bringing my vehicle to get serviced here for a few years now since they’ve been open for business have always gotten very good service. All individuals involved with my vehicle have been very professional courteous and have done a great job helping me maintain my vehicle. I will keep coming to this business for the services for a long time to come.

Truly the person who took care of the service was extremely reassuring . Positive & knowledgable about the quality of needed products. Price was noted to be great. At that in car wait service made it easy as I finished the rest of my workday over the busy business calls. Customer service at phone level has a commitment to mention the extra quarts and price according to the stores overall items. So our over the phone conversation stands the same when charged at the location instead of flexing at store with clerks/Machanic’s. Which is beyond their control.

These guys are great. Just got oil change on my tundra, great customer services. I noticed they also repeat back which oil is be putting in to prevent any mistakes. Best place for a quick oil change 👌 Santos is the man..
